Mental stress for students during pandemic



As a student this pandemic life has let to lot of mental stress . This phase was obviously not easy and unexpected for everyone out there especially for those who have lost their family members and those who have got effected by corona virus . Everyone have gone through a lot of difficult time during this phase be it the one who have faced unemployment and those who have stayed away from their family.

COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown has brought about a sense of fear and anxiety around the globe. This phenomenon has led to short term as well as long term psychological and mental health implications for children and adolescents. 

Mental health of the students is the topic of interest throughout the world. The entire performance of the student depends on his mental health. Disturbances in the mental health not only have negative impact to the particular student but also have serious negative impacts on the community, As today’s student is the future of the country contributing to its development by serving various roles like teacher, engineers, doctors, nurses etc. Hence, the mental health of the students has to be given at most importance during this time .
 as a student mental stress, agitation and irritation have always remain on its peak during this time . students were always out for school, tuition and were engrossed in some other work . living in one home 24/7 was kind of impossible things for everyone especially children and teenagers i.e. youth . online classes was a major problems which has affected students mental health and their studies. studying online is not easy for any students as distractions are quiet obvious to take place . we have studied online whole year so we can also give our examination like that cancelling 10th board is fine but postponing 12th boards and keeping them in dilemma  is not good it is increasing the mental stress of students .
generally our problems and stress are not understood in our families and they are taken lightly as an adult not having someone with which we can share our problems with , not going outside and meeting any of our friends increases this level more .
So , if students are understanding the difficulty of current situation others should also think about them and their problems .
 I WISH THIS PANDEMIC GOES AWAY REALLY REALLY SOON AND EVERYONE CAN LIVE THEIR LIVES HAPILLY WITHOUT ANY WORRIES WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER AND WILL FIGHT WITH IT TOGETHER.
